Terms of Business

London Business Travel Ltd


1. Acceptance

By making a booking with London Business Travel Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

London Business Travel Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Service Provision

We aim to provide our services using our own fleet wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to appoint trusted third-party partners when necessary to ensure continuity and quality of service.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Accidents
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Other unforeseen events

3. Safety

The safety of our passengers, chauffeurs, and vehicles is our highest priority.

  • All chauffeurs operate vehicles in a safe, professional manner in accordance with road conditions and legal requirements
  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey where safety may be compromised

Clients are responsible for:

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle (interior or exterior)
  • The cost of repair, cleaning, or loss of use

4. Routes

Journeys will be carried out via the most suitable route on the day, taking into account traffic and road conditions, unless specific instructions are provided at the time of booking.

5. Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from the confirmed landing time
  • All other pickups include 15 minutes complimentary waiting time

After the complimentary waiting period:

  • Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate

6. Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured for hire and reward and comply with all applicable licensing requirements.

London Business Travel Ltd also maintains appropriate public liability insurance.

However:

  • All passenger belongings are carried entirely at the client’s own risk
  • We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal items

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Delays & Passenger Responsibility

Clients are required to inform us as soon as possible of any delays or changes affecting their booking.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse carriage where luggage exceeds vehicle capacity
  • Adjust bookings where necessary for operational or safety reasons

8. Cancellations & Amendments

 Single Vehicle Bookings

  • More than 24 hours’ notice → no charge
  • Within 24 hours → full charge applies

 Multi-Vehicle Bookings

  • More than 48 hours’ notice → no charge
  • Within 48 hours → full charge applies

 Events, Roadshows & Large Bookings

  • More than 7 days’ notice → no charge
  • Within 7 days → full charge applies

Additional Conditions

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email: info@lbtravel.co.uk
  • A cancellation is only valid once confirmed by us
  • If confirmation is not received, the booking remains active
  • Bookings made within cancellation periods are non-refundable

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to meet the chauffeur at the agreed time and location will be treated as a no-show
  • The full booking amount will be charged

9. Payment

All bookings must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

By making a booking via website, phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

10. Liability

London Business Travel Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Missed flights, appointments, or business opportunities

Liability is limited to the value of the booking.

11. Company Statement

London Business Travel Ltd provides executive chauffeur services across the United Kingdom and Europe, delivering a professional, discreet, and reliable experience tailored to each client.
